We offer a brought variety of AIDA freediving courses.
For beginners and advanced, likewise.
Classes are hold in Englisch, German or Italian.
Starting from the * Freediver to the Instructor course we are concentrating on quality, security and fun.
AIDA courses have been taught the world over and have helped many thousands of people discover their passion for the sea and for freediving.
The courses were assembled from the knowledge and experience of world class freedivers and have evolved over the years to become the most comprehensive and effective course set available today.
ABOUT
This is Bjoern. He is your personal diving instructor.
Elba is his home for over ten years now and he is more than happy to teach you the beauty of freediving.
With 6 years Bjoern have been on Elba islandfor the first time and with 7 years he came in contact with snorkeling and diving. Since thene, he became addicted to the island and it´s underwater world .
Well, Bjoern finally fulfilled his dream and became a freediving instructor.
For him, freediving is the ultimate form of relaxation and meditation.
Its not about chasing personal records. Its all about the discovery of the unknown in a simple and natural way.
